PINK is a nomadic curatorial project focusing on interdisciplinary research, practice and collaborative exchange. Wherever PINK may be, we play host to an ambitious programme comprising overlapping objectives, research and creative collaborations that seek to explore ways of 'doing' and 'thinking' together with artists - forging long-term, supportive relationships for taking risks.

PINK is built upon a seasonal cycle of residencies, exhibitions and events revolving around a thematic axis - carefully unfolding experimental practices in close collaboration with each other; artists, thinkers, writers and researchers cross pollinate their knowledge fields in order to practice a critical fascination.

For this year’s Juxtapose Art Fair, PINK is delighted to present KNIP, bringing a small but perfectly formed body of works to Aarhus by the many artists that have, and continue to make up the fabric of PINK. Drawing from the Danish word ‘knip’ (a pinch), KNIP flips PINK in reverse, bringing a dash of what we do; just enough for us to hold, to carry, to fit inside a drawer or our pockets and just enough for you to get a sense of who we are and what we do at a pivotal moment in our journey as we take on a new space, in a new location and switch things up in a new direction.

PINK is currently based in Stockport, UK - 7 miles south-east of Manchester.
